Ingredients
- 1 tortilla
- One chopped lettuce leaf
- ½ of a tomato sliced
- 30 g goat cheese
- 3 tbsp chipotle mayo
Chipotle Mayo Ingredients
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup of light mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sriracha (more or less, to taste)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp chipotle spice blend
- Salt to taste
Directions

- Preheat air fryer to 350 °F.
- Heat the tandoori chicken for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix all mayo preparation ingredients together.
- Put the wrap together, starting by spreading the chipotle mayonnaise on the tortilla. Add lettuce, tomato slices, chicken pieces and goat cheese.
- Roll the wrap tightly.
- Grill the wrap in a panini press for a few minutes until golden and crisp.
