Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla
  • One chopped lettuce leaf
  • ½ of a tomato sliced
  • 30 g goat cheese
  • 3 tbsp chipotle mayo

Chipotle Mayo Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup of light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (more or less, to taste)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp chipotle spice blend
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350 °F.
  2. Heat the tandoori chicken for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, mix all mayo preparation ingredients together.
  4. Put the wrap together, starting by spreading the chipotle mayonnaise on the tortilla. Add lettuce, tomato slices, chicken pieces and goat cheese.
  5. Roll the wrap tightly.
  6. Grill the wrap in a panini press for a few minutes until golden and crisp.
