Ingredients
- 1 package of Tex-Mex chicken skewers
- 10 tortillas
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) cilantro
- 100 g Feta cheese cut into cubes
Strawberry salsa
- 1 basket (about 2 cups) diced strawberries
- 1 avocado cut into cubes
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
Avocado sauce
- 1 avocado
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon

- Cook the chicken skewers.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the strawberry salsa. Set aside.
- Using an electric blender, blend the ingredients for the avocado sauce until smooth and homogeneous. Set aside.
- Cut the chicken.
- Toast the tortillas in a skillet or on the BBQ.
- Top the tacos: Avocado sauce, chicken strips, strawberry salsa, Feta cheese and some cilantro leaves.
