Creamy Feta Sauce
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) 35% cooking cream
- 1 container of feta cheese (200 g), crumbled
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped fresh chives
Pineapple-Flavoured Barbecue Sauce
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped garlic
- 1 can (398 ml) crushed pineapple
- 1 can (398 ml) diced tomatoes
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) ketchup
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) molasses
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) cider vinegar
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Worcestershire sauce
- 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) chili flakes

For the Creamy Feta Sauce
- Place cream, feta and mayonnaise in a food processor or a bowl. Blend with food processor or hand blender until smooth.
- Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl and stir in the chives.
For the Pineapple-Flavoured Barbecue Sauce
- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic for one minute.
- Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, then simmer over low-medium heat for 16 to 18 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Using a hand blender, blend until smooth.
