Rolls :
- 454 g thawed phyllo dough
- 500 g Exceldor chicken breast or thigh (300 g cooked pulled chicken)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp chives
- 5 bacon strips, cooked
Sauce :
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp plain greek yogurt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Directions

- Preheat oven at 425°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a reusable silicone sheet.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken with mayonnaise, plain yogurt, dried cranberries, chives, and bacon.
- Place on spread-out phyllo dough. Roll up and slice.
- Place the rolls on the baking sheet. Cook for 15-17 in the oven. Serve with the mayonnaise.
Mayonnaise
- Combine all ingredients.
- Serve with the rolls. Don’t hesitate to double up the recipe!
