Ingredients
- 1 tray of Exceldor ground chicken
- 1 cup (250 ml) onion, grated
- 1/4 tsp. (1.25 ml) cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. (1.25 ml) ground coriander
- 1 tsp. (5 ml) ground cumin
- 1 tsp. (5 ml) paprika
- 1 tsp. (5 ml) ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. (3 ml) ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. (3 ml) salt
- 2 tbsp. (30 ml) fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
YOGURT-MINT SAUCE
- 1 cup (250 ml) plain Greek-style yogurt
- 3 tbsp. (45 ml) fresh mint, minced
- 2 tbsp. (30 ml) fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- Salt and pepper
Directions

- Mix ingredients in large bowl and shape mixture into 3-cm balls. Place 3 balls on each bamboo skewer.
- Sear skewers in a non-stick grill pan (or broil in oven), turning skewers often, for about 10 minutes.
- Mix all Yogurt-Mint sauce ingredients and serve with skewers.
