Ingredients
- 2 Exceldor chicken breasts
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) chicken
seasoning - 4 large tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 small red onion, minced
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 160 ml (2/3 cup) grated cheddar
cheese - 8 leaves green leaf lettuce
Pour la sauce
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) mayonnaise
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) old-style
mustard - 15 ml (1 tbsp) honey
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat the barbecue to medium-high (about 425 °F- 220 °C).
- In a bowl, combine the oil with the chicken seasoning. Brush the chicken breasts with the obtained mixture.
- Place the chicken breasts on a hot, oiled barbecue grill. Close the lid and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning the breasts from time to time, until the inside of the chicken meat is no longer pink. Remove from the barbecue. Place in a plate and leave to cool before slicing the breasts.
- In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce.
- Top the tortillas with sauce, chicken, avocado, tomato, onion, bacon, cheddar cheese and lettuce. Roll up the tortillas tightly.
