SKEWERS
- 2 Exceldor chicken breasts cut in 4 cm (1½") cubes
- 1 block Halloumi cheese (about 230 g) cut in 4 cm (1½") cubes
- 1 red onion cut in slices
- 4 peaches cut in 4 cm (1½") cubes
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) olive oil
MARINADE
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) dry white wine
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) olive oil
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh herbs (tarragon, thyme, oregano)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Put chicken cubes with the marinade in a reusable plastic bag and marinate 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat the BBQ to medium high.
- Alternate chicken cubes, red onion, Halloumi cheese, and peaches on bamboo skewers.
- Brush with olive oil and grill directly on the BBQ, reducing heat to medium. Grill for 4 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked.
- Place on a big serving platter and top with fresh herbs.
