Ingredients

  • 125 ml (½ cup) mayonnaise
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) sriracha sauce
  • 2.5 ml (½ tsp) onion powder
  • 12 slices sandwich bread, toasted
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 16 iceberg lettuce leaves

  1. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the sriracha and onion powder.
  2. On a work surface, spread 4 slices of bread and brush with spicy mayonnaise. Top with chicken and bacon, then cover with another slice of bread.
  3. Brush again with spicy mayonnaise and top with slices of avocado, tomato, and lettuce.
  4. Close the sandwiches with the last slices of bread, cut into quarters and secure each quarter with a toothpick.
