Ingredients
- 4 Exceldor Tex Mex chicken skewers, cooked and cut into strips
- 125 ml (½ cup) mayonnaise
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) sriracha sauce
- 2.5 ml (½ tsp) onion powder
- 12 slices sandwich bread, toasted
- 8 slices bacon, cooked
- 1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced
- 2 ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 16 iceberg lettuce leaves
Directions

- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the sriracha and onion powder.
- On a work surface, spread 4 slices of bread and brush with spicy mayonnaise. Top with chicken and bacon, then cover with another slice of bread.
- Brush again with spicy mayonnaise and top with slices of avocado, tomato, and lettuce.
- Close the sandwiches with the last slices of bread, cut into quarters and secure each quarter with a toothpick.
