CHICKEN BURGER PATTIES
- 1 tray of Exceldor ground chicken
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. fresh dill, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
SPICY MAYONNAISE
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. sriracha sauce
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, finely chopped
GARNISH
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tsp. fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
Directions

- Combine all ingredients for chicken burger patties and shape mixture into four densely packed patties. Refrigerate.
- Combine all ingredients for spicy mayonnaise and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat, then cook patties 4 to 5 minutes per side or until well cooked in the middle.
- Toast buns.
- To serve, spread 1 tbsp. of spicy mayo on each bun and top burgers with apple slices.
