Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze if thawed.
Cooking methods
Conventional oven
Preheat oven to 205°C/400°F. Place on a wire rack over a tray for 30 to 40 minutes. Turn halfway throughcooking time. Finish under the broiler until desired colour is reached.
BBQ
Preheat barbecue to 205°C/400°F. Place wings directly on grill and close lid. Turn wings regularly. Cook until wings reach a golden-brown colour, about 20 to 25 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on barbecue’s BTU number.
Deep fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C / 375°C and place the wings in the basket and cook for 14 to 10 minutes. Turn them halfway through cooking.
