The meat is considered fully cooked when its internal temperature reaches 74 °C/165 °F.
Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze if thawed.
Cooking methods
Preheat oven to 205°C/400°F. For best results, place on a wire rack over a tray for 30 to 40 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Finish under the broiler until desired colour is reached.
Preheat barbecue to 205°C/400°F. Place wings directly on grill and close lid. Turn wings regularly. Cook until wings reach a golden-brown colour, about 20 to 25 minutes. *
