Cooking methods
Conventional oven
Preheat oven to 205°C/ 400°F. For best results, place on a wire rack over a tray and cook for 30 to 40 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. Finish under the broiler until desired colour is reached.
Air fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 177°C / 350°F and cook for 15 to 18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C / 165°F. Turn halfway through cooking.
