Oven
Wings: Preheat oven to 205°C (400°F). Place on a wire rack over a tray for 30 to 35 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Finish under the broiler until desired colour is reached.
Tenders: Preheat oven to 218°C (425°F). Place on a tray for 25 to 30 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time.
Air fryer
Wings & Tenders: Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) and place the fillets and/or the wings in the basket and cook for 15 minutes. Turn them halfway through cooking.
