The meat is considered fully cooked when its internal temperature reaches 74 °C/165 °F
Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze if thawed.
Conventional oven
Place on cooking sheet in oven preheated to 205°C/400°F for 20 to 22 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time.
Deep fryer
Preheat oil to 177°C/350°F and deep fry in a metal basket for 4 to 5 minutes.
Air fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C/375°F. Place the strips in the basket and cook for 12 minutes. Turn them halfway through cooking.
